Effective date: October 3, 2026
This policy applies to the mobile game Imbiss Boss ("Imbiss Boss", "the app"), a 3D arcade game in which you run a Döner stand. It explains what the app does with your data.
The controller is AppKadag (Kemal Cetinkaya), Germany. Contact: appkadag@gmail.com.
Your game progress (coins, unlocked stations, workers, locations, daily reward and mission state), your settings (language, music, sound, haptics) and whether you own a purchase are saved only on your device. There is no account and no sign-in, and we operate no server that receives this data. It is deleted when you uninstall the app. We have no access to it, so we do not process it as personal data. Local storage is necessary to provide the game you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Imbiss Boss is free and is supported by ads shown through Google AdMob: optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch for an in-game bonus (for example double income or a refill), and full-screen ads at natural breaks, never while you are in the middle of an action. There are no banner ads.
To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use data from your device, such as your IP address (approximate location), device and advertising identifiers where available, app interactions, and diagnostics such as crash and performance information. Google acts as an independent controller for this data under Google's Privacy Policy. See also how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the AdMob data disclosure. The data is used for serving and measuring ads, analytics and fraud prevention. We do not receive personal data from Google and we do not sell your data. Data may be transferred to Google servers outside the EEA, including the United States, under Google's safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We do not use your data for our own tracking, but Google may use it to show personalised ads.
The Android version of Imbiss Boss uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services of Google. They collect app interactions and events (for example which screens and features are used), crash logs, diagnostics and performance information, and device identifiers such as the Firebase installation ID and, where available, the advertising ID. This data is used to understand how the game is used and to find and fix crashes. Collection is switched off by default and only starts after you have given consent in the consent dialog described below. If you do not consent, no Firebase data is collected. Google processes this data on our behalf under the Firebase data processing terms. Data is retained according to Google's defaults (Firebase Analytics event data is kept for 2 months by default, crash data for 90 days). More information: Privacy and Security in Firebase and Google's Privacy Policy. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 TDDDG.
On iPhone and iPad the app asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the Google Mobile Ads SDK may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for personalised advertising. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised with the IDFA. You can change this any time in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
Legal basis: where required (EEA, UK), your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 TDDDG, collected through Google's consent form. Elsewhere, we rely on our legitimate interest in funding a free game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the app shows Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform, UMP) before requesting ads. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time from Settings (Manage consent), which appears where required. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in the device settings, and on iOS you can limit ad tracking in the system privacy settings. The one-time purchase "Remove Ads" removes full-screen ads for good; rewarded videos remain available as an optional choice.
In-app purchases (for example Remove Ads) are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment and purchase data is processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies (Apple, Google). We never see your payment details. The app only asks the store whether you own a purchase, so it can apply it and let you restore it on a new device. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Imbiss Boss needs internet access for ads and the purchase check. It does not use your microphone, camera, contacts, location or Bluetooth. The app does not create an account.
We keep no personal data on our own servers. Local data stays on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies.
Imbiss Boss is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will help.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. We hold no personal data about you on our own servers, so there is usually nothing for us to export or delete. For data processed by Google, use the controls above and Google's own privacy tools. You may contact us at appkadag@gmail.com with any privacy question or request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work (in Germany, for example, the competent state data protection authority).
Local data is kept in the app's private storage on your device. Communication with ad and store services uses encrypted connections provided by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the platform stores.
If the app changes how it handles data (for example a new ad or analytics provider), this policy will be updated before that version is released and the effective date above will change.
